All wedding guests will be able to park in the Botanical Garden's parking garage for no fee. Guests will need to pull a parking ticket in order to trigger the automatic parking gates upon arrival. If you leave before the end of the night you will need to check in with the security guard on level P1 for parking validation to exit. At the end of the night the gate will be opened to exit without validation.

The venue discourages guests from leaving cars overnight in the garage. However, we do not want to leave anyone in an unsafe position. If you leave your car please leave the make, model, color, and license plate of your car with the event coordinator or security guard.

Yes! For guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott a free shuttle will be available to and from the venue. More detail to be added closer to the wedding date.

Yes, we’ve reserved a room block at the Courtyard Marriott in University Circle. To book, call the hotel and mention the Cercek–Cobham wedding or use the group booking link shared on the Travel page. The reservation cutoff date is 8/12/26.

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. If the forecast looks unfavorable, we will move the ceremony and reception indoors.

Yes! All 10 acres of outdoor gardens as well as the Costa Rica and Madagascar Glasshouse will be open for guests to explore until 9:00 PM.

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, children are not invited to the ceremony or reception.
